Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
I handle two things: graphic design and websites. That covers brand identity and logos, print and social media graphics, and full website design and development. If your project touches both, say a new brand and the site to launch it, I can take the whole thing end to end.

mall businesses, startups, and solo founders who need design that looks the part without an agency price tag. Whether you're launching something new or fixing something that no longer fits, I work best with people who care about getting the details right.

Every project follows four steps: we talk through your goals, I send a quote and timeline, I design in rounds with your feedback, and I hand over the final files. You'll always know what's happening and what comes next, with no guessing and no radio silence.
You can discuss your project through the Contact page.
It depends on scope. A logo or single graphic can be a few days to a week. A full brand identity or website usually runs two to six weeks. I'll give you a firm timeline with your quote, before any work begins.

Yes, most of my clients are remote. We handle everything over email, calls, and shared files, so where you're based doesn't matter. You'll get the same clear communication whether you're across town or across the world.
You can send your project details through the Contact page.
Pricing depends on what you need, so I quote every project individually rather than working from a fixed menu. Once I understand your scope, I'll send a clear, itemized quote up front, with no hourly surprises and no hidden fees.
Tell me about your project and I'll put together a number.
I take a deposit before starting and the balance on delivery. For larger projects, I can split payments into milestones so the cost is easier to manage. Everything is agreed in writing before we begin, so there are no surprises.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, usually two to three, so we can refine the work until it's right. I'll spell out exactly what's included in your quote, and if you want changes beyond that, I'll tell you the cost before doing the work.
A clear sense of what you're trying to achieve, any brand materials or examples you already have, and your feedback along the way. The more you can share about your goals and audience up front, the smoother the whole thing goes. If you're not sure where to start, that's fine, I'll ask the right questions.
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the final files and full rights are yours to use however you like. I'll hand over everything in the formats you need, so you're never locked in or waiting on me to make simple changes.

Yes, and I recommend it. Keeping your print and digital design under one roof means your brand looks the same everywhere, same colors and same feel, instead of drifting apart across formats.
