Refund Policy

Every project starts with a conversation, so by the time anything is purchased, scope and deliverables have already been talked through. This page explains what that means for refunds and cancellations, and how each case is actually handled.

Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, tax, and the mechanics of issuing any refund — the eligibility rules below are what decide whether one is requested in the first place.

Digital Products & Templates

Non-refundable by default. Digital files are delivered instantly and their contents are shown or clarified before checkout, so there's nothing left to inspect after the fact that wasn't already visible. Digital products and templates are not refundable once access is granted, with two exceptions:

  • The file isn't downloadable. Access link broken, file missing, or the delivery step itself failed after checkout.

  • An error during checkout or processing. Duplicate charge, wrong item delivered, or a Paddle-side processing fault.

Change of mind after downloading is not covered — the pre-purchase clarification stands in place of a trial period.

If either exception applies, contact support with your order reference. Once verified, you'll get a working file or a refund, whichever fits the fault.

Productized Services & Plans

These run on a billing cycle rather than a single delivery, so the relevant question isn't "refundable or not" — it's when the cancellation takes effect.

  • Cancel before the cycle renews. Request it ahead of the renewal date and the plan simply won't bill again — no partial refund needed because nothing further was charged.

  • Cancel after a new cycle has already started. The current paid cycle runs its course and access continues until it ends. No refund for that cycle; it just won't renew again.

  • Immediate cancellation, in some cases. If work on the current cycle hasn't started yet, or a fault on our end caused the request, cancellation and a refund can be processed right away — reviewed per request.

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Contact before your renewal date. Reach out with your account or order reference and the plan you want to cancel. Doing this before the next billing date is what keeps it a clean, no-charge cancellation.

  2. We confirm the effective date. You'll get a plain confirmation of when access actually ends — either immediately, or at the close of the current paid cycle — so there's no ambiguity about your last billing date.

  3. Ask about immediate processing, if it applies. If the current cycle hasn't started any work, or something went wrong on our end, say so when you reach out — those are the cases reviewed for an immediate refund rather than a wait-until-cycle-end cancellation.

Payment processing, tax, and refund execution are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. This policy governs eligibility; Paddle's own terms govern the transaction itself.
